Update 0.42
This update adds the following features and fixes:
- Added ambient sound to the main production tabs, as well as volume controls and a mute button on the top menu.
- Added tool production to the industrial tab, get on it now because you will need them.
- Completely remodeled the economy tab, I wasn't happy with it and it did not represent the best that i could do with it.
- Fixed an issue causing food supplies not to be drained with increased population.
